More Birthday Thingies!
Yesterday was my birthday, and since I was in a cubing competition I mostly wrote about that, however I do wanna very quickly share some things I got that day and today!
Firstly, in the competition I got a 2x2 Time Machine puzzle, which is a 2x2 that also has a spiny section with twelve pieces that can be moved around, and it's very fun! It's quite simple but definitely very enjoyable to solve, kinda reminds me of those slider puzzles in the way that you solve it.
And the second thing I got was a cube stand that looks kind of like a globe! And the cube can even spin around in it. I absolutely love it and currently have it on my desk, though I might move it to my shelf later on.
Aside from the competition, though, I got myself something that I have really wanted for over 6 years.
In 2019 when I got my Nintendo Switch, I really wanted the Smash Bros Bundle, as it had a cool design for the joycons and dock that I really liked, however by the time I was able to get a Switch those weren't available anymore.
About 2 years ago I got part of it when they brought back the joycons for a special edition Switch OLED bundle, and I bought them separately, however I still did not get the dock since they were still at a relatively high price.
Fortunately, a few weeks ago I found a very good offer of one for less than $30! And today it has finally arrived!!
I am so glad to finally have this after so many years of waiting! Even if it's just a small detail, I am really thankful to finally have it, and I still adore how it looks after all this time!
