Hi! I am Karl Abate

I am a guy with a very curious mind and too much time on his hands.

Since I was a kid I've always enjoyed sharing things with others, whether it's things I created or found. My main skill is graphic design, and I like being able to use it along with writing, statistics, or anything else to create interesting things worth sharing!

Some of my hobbies include drawing, speedcubing, video games, and movies. I also love researching practically anything that catches my eye.

EyeSpark is a blog I started in June 2025. I am not limiting myself to a specific topic here, sometimes I might share more random thoughts about my hobbies, or something I have created, or perhaps just sharing something random that I found interesting!

At the end of the day, whatever I post here is something that I am passionate or interested about, and that I'd like to share to others! My first new post goes into a bit more detail of how I started, and the origins of my name and logo.
