239 days ago, after working on it for a few days, I officially launched this blog with my first post. And today, almost 8 months later, I am publishing this, my 100th post.

Often for milestones like this I have something interesting to share. For my 36th blog post, my favourite number, I wrote all about why it means so much to me. My 50th blog post landed on my birthday and was about a cubing competition which was extremely fun.

But this post will be different. 100 is a very big number, there are very few things I have done that have reached a number that high, and so I felt like I had to write on something big and meaningful to me. I had quite a few ideas in mind, but it either wasn't the right time, or they didn't feel significant enough to be the 100th.

So, what do you do when you can't settle on one? Do none of them!

Similar to my first post ever, this post is fairly anti-climactic, and is more of an update than anything. However, I do have two pretty big things that I want to share.

First of all, if you are reading this within a week of me posting this, you might notice that both the website and emails now have gold accents, including the logo! This is something I have been thinking of for a while, of having alternate colour palettes for specific times or occasions like this.

I'm thinking of keeping this gold version for the next week or so, and it will most-definitely be back in other round milestones and anniversaries as well.

Secondly, as I said previously, I had a lot of ideas for posts but I couldn't think of any that really fit this milestone of my 100th post. However, now that this is the 100th post, I am open to sharing a lot of those things now. This week will probably be extremely active because of that, and probably for a bit longer too!

And that's about it! It's been a joy to write so much on this blog, and I am so happy to make it to such a monumental milestone. I was fairly certain I could probably make it to 100 posts someday, due to how I structured this blog from the start, but it still feels amazing to finally reach this point.

By the way, I am uploading this on the 1000th minute of the day, as it's the closest spiritually to the 100th I can get. Additionally, since I changed the accents of the site it has also changed the colour of some stuff in Ghost itself too, and they look quite neat!
